ATNF and GTNF Registrations: Nicotine Resource Consortium conference registrations are transferable but non-refundable except if the Nicotine Resource Consortium is forced to cancel or postpone the event. Registration is limited to adults in the tobacco and nicotine stakeholder community (industry, consultants, legal and financial professionals, civil society members, academia, and government) aged 21 years and over. Nicotine Resource Consortium conferences are not intended for the general public. Promotion of specific brands of nicotine products, attempts to buy and sell, and other trade activities outside of general corporate awareness, except for paying event sponsors, is prohibited. Provision of sample products by general conference registrants is prohibited The Nicotine Resource Consortium reserves the right to revoke conference registration and provide a full refund in the event the Nicotine Resource Consortium believes that a delegate’s attendance will be in any way disruptive to the proceedings of the event. The Nicotine Resource Consortium is a 501(c)(6) trade association registered in the state of Delaware with principal offices in the State of North Carolina. All transactions are done as if in the State of North Carolina and are subject to the U.S. Universal Commercial Code. ATNF Sponsorships (Sponsorship & Marquee Sponsorship): Sponsorship of ATNF is non-refundable. Sponsors are providing sponsorship in support of our nonprofit activities to convene tobacco and nicotine stakeholders in fulfillment of our mission as a trade association in exchange for the visibility and recognition opportunities outlined in the product description. Sponsors are reminded that ATNF is a professional conference aimed at stakeholders in the tobacco and nicotine community; ATNF is not an open forum for the general public. Direct consumer advertising and awareness is prohibited. Provision of sample products is governed by applicable law, but generally US tobacco regulations restrict the provision of free samples in any environment except in limited situations. It is the responsibility of the Sponsor to know and understand all regulations on the promotion of Sponsor’s services and/or goods and Sponsor assumes all liability for compliance. The Nicotine Resource Consortium reserves the right to reject promotional materials and signage imagery in its sole discretion. Sponsors are prohibited from utilizing materials that can be reasonably construed as obscene, offensive, promote illegal or immoral activities, disparaging against other entities and/or competitors in the tobacco and nicotine industry, or are otherwise, in the sole discretion of the Nicotine Resource Consortium, inappropriate for a professional trade environment. Sponsors assume all risk regarding sponsorship upon agreeing to provide a sponsorship, including that the event could be cancelled or postponed. Nicotine Resource Consortium Membership: Please see the organization’s bylaws for your rights and remedies as member of the association. Members are required to meet the terms and conditions of membership, including being an active participant in the tobacco and nicotine stakeholder community. Membership is limited to sole proprietorships and organizations or companies. See nicotine360.org/about us for further information. Members not in good standing may be suspended or expelled from the association or have access and other benefits, including member discounts, suspended or revoked if they do not maintain their membership in good standing. Membership dues are assessed on a yearly basis, membership in the association is good until you send written notice of resignation. Any resignations mid-year are non-refundable and resigned members will continue to enjoy access to nicotine360 for the remainder of the calendar year. Entities engaging the Nicotine Resource Consortium for membership are assumed to be reasonably sophisticated business, civil society, academic, or governmental organizations that are actively joining the association for the purposes of enhancing their understanding of tobacco and nicotine issues, to support our mission to inform the stakeholder community of news, information, and data relevant to tobacco and nicotine, and convene the stakeholder community in open forums to discuss tobacco and nicotine issues.

Nicotine360.org Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions to nicotine360.org are good for one calendar year; mid-year subscriptions are prorated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in writing. Subscription refunds are available upon request and are pro-rated for the time of cancellation. Upon cancellation, users lose all access to nicotine360.org subscriptions. The Nicotine Resource Consortium does not make any warranty as to the accuracy of any information provided in our guides or subscription information but does take all reasonable due diligence to ensure accuracy of information, including updating information based upon changes such as the enactment of new legislation or fast-moving news events that impact the business of tobacco and nicotine.
