NACS: In late 2024, Stephanie was appointed NACS vice president of strategic initiatives and CEO of TruAge. In this newly developed role, Stephanie oversees the advancement and growth of new industry-wide initiatives across NACS, which currently supports a growing portfolio of solutions, services and companies like TruAge, the NACS Foundation and PROSPR.
Stephanie has been with NACS for 11 years. Previously, she served as NACS VP of marketing, leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns and executing strategies to effectively grow its global brand and advance convenience and fuel retailing. Stephanie also oversaw the reimagination of the NACS Foundation and development of its 24/7 Day, an annual celebration (July 24) of first responders that now features more than 80 brands and represents 30,000 convenience stores nationwide.
BACKGROUND: For more than a decade, Stephanie served on the board (including a term as president) of the American Marketing Association-Washington, DC. Prior to joining NACS, she was marketing and communications manager for The Vision Council and was executive director of animal services for the City of Tallahassee, which included regular—and very unpredictable— live TV appearances with animals for adoption. She also helped to establish the Animal Shelter Foundation, a 501(c)3 dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of homeless animals.
Stephanie has a B.A. in marketing from Niagara College Canada, a B.A. in public relations from George Mason University and a M.B.A. in integrated marketing communications and a designation as a cause consultant from Georgetown University. She also earned the NACS Masters of Convenience designation in 2022 after completing all five NACS Executive Education programs.
